On April 19, 2024, ONE PARK x ONE TOWN, a consortium consisting of  PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. and Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., as a constituent company, was selected as the business operator for the Tsukiji District Urban Development Project (hereinafter referred to as "this project"), which is being solicited by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
