Water Source Eco Project: W-eco・p (Wicop) and other Local activities to protect rich forests and water
All of our business activities are closely related to the SDGs, and we are engaged in activities to protect abundant forests and water, including the water source conservation functions of watershed forests, rivers, farmland, and woodland, as well as creating plans to maintain and restore healthy water circulation in river basins and carrying out practical activities in the local community.
As one example, since 2011 we have participated in Yokohama City's Water Source Eco Project: W-eco・p, supporting forest conservation activities in Doshi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, which is one of Yokohama City's water sources.
