• Construction Consultant Business

Establishment in 1989 in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, the company works to realize safe and secure living in the local community as a comprehensive consultant with a wide range of technologies, from inspection, diagnosis, and evaluation of social infrastructure in general to design.
Furthermore, in recent years, we have been working on a new initiative, developing and utilizing digital technology, and by maximizing the stock effect of limited social infrastructure such as existing transportation facilities, we will contribute to improving the convenience and comfort of people's lives.

• Environmental Surveys, Analysis, and Predictive eEvaluation Projects, as well as Hydraulic Experiments for Rivers, etc.

Establishment in 1990. The "Environment Field (Living environment, natural environment, environmental analysis, environmental planning, environmental assessment, response to global warming, etc.)" and the "Hydraulic Engineering Filed (Hydraulic experiments, infrastructure management, etc.)" were merged in 2014 to become the current PCER.

It was established in1991 as a strategic subsidiary of as the structural design division of the PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD.
The company provides structural design services specializing in transportation and social infrastructure, with a focus on railway-related facilities. As one team with PACIFIC CONSULTANTS, the company aims to continue contributing to society as a specialist supporting the construction consultancy business in terms of structural design.

• Public-Private Partnership Projects, Real Estate Management Business

Establishment in 1997 as Pacicon Building Co., Ltd. handles real estate leasing and management for PACIFIC CONSULTANTS GROUP, later, the company added privatization to its business domain and changed its name to Project Brain Corp. in January 2023. By consolidating the know-how of public-private partnership projects developed by each group company, the company is working on infrastructure business, focusing on project management and consulting for public-private partnership projects.

• Solar Power Generation and Electricity Sales Business

Established in 2012 as a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. for the purpose of implementing solar power generation business.
We currently own solar power plants in two locations, Tsukuba (Ibaraki Prefecture) and Nishi-izu (Shizuoka Prefecture), and generate and sell electricity.
Our entry into renewable energy related business will contribute to further expansion of our group's consulting business in the environmental and energy fields.

• Electricity Retail and Wholesale, Heat Supply and Utilization, and related Businesses

Establishment in 2015 as a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. with the aim of promoting Power Producers and Suppliers (PPS) businesses.
As a "Social Service Provider" that solves local and societal issues in the energy industry, we are working to realize "Community-managed Energy" by providing multifaceted support and promoting the expansion of PPP projects such as consulting, infrastructure management, wellness, and regional revitalization projects.

• Software Development and Sales Business

It was established in 1998 in response to the growing trend to promote the use of information technology in the construction industry.
Since its establishment, the company has not only been operating as an organization responsible for the Group's ICT business domain by utilizing the management capabilities and consulting skills cultivated and is now also expanding its scope of operations and expanding its business as a professional group providing ICT solutions in various infrastructure fields such as railways and electricity, as well as in the manufacturing industry.

• Software Development and Sales Business

Since our foundation, we have developed 3D CAD software for road design based on the basic concept of 3D design in order to make our information system services available to many customers. Recently, we have been working on the next product development using the technology that we have cultivated over the years, such as 3D design using BIM/CIM and the use of 3D road information for self-driving cars. Sanei Giken Co., Ltd. seeks out new needs through software and aims to be a cutting-edge technology development company that contributes to society.

• Construction and Operation of Roadside Station and Hot Spring Facilities

As part of the Mutsuzawa Smart Wellness Town (Mutsuzawa SWT) base formation project in Mutsuzawa-machi, Chiba Prefecture, we were responsible for the design and construction of roadside station, quality local rental housing, and hot spring facilities, as well as the operation and maintenance of all of these ancillary facilities.

Our main business is finance services, including planning, development, and investment (fund management) in projects such as renewable energy and smart city development, as well as asset management services, which involve managing the assets and business operations of projects. Established in 1989 as SDI Co., Ltd., the company changed its name to S-Service Corp. in October 2018.

As a part of PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD., the company was established in 2012 with the aim of contributing to Chinese society through technology cultivated in Japan.
Our business is centered around construction surveys, planning management, and software development, and we also provide support to Japanese companies operating in China and propose solutions to problems faced by Chinese companies through planning for environmental improvement and urban development.

• Providing Engineering Services

This joint venture was established with joint investment from our company, Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd., and SoftBank Corp. with the aim of developing a road infrastructure maintenance business using connected cars in the U.S. The company will analyze big data obtained from various sensors in connected cars, which are expected to become more widespread in the future, map the damage status of road surfaces over a wide area in real time, and provide this information to road managers in the U.S.
