For over 70 years since the end of the war, PACIFIC CONSULTANTS has played a vital role in the history of construction consulting in Japan and in Japan's growth.
As construction consultants, we make the most of our technology, knowledge, and human resources to play a variety of roles in solving social issues that change with the times, and contribute to the promotion of social capital development.
Our company has a wide range of expertise, including national land infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, urban and regional development, environment, energy, water supply and sewerage, resource circulation, architecture, geotechnical technology, machinery, electricity, public-private partnerships, digital services, international business, and research and development, and has built an important foundation for shaping society and building the nation.
However, the role expected of us changes with the times, with digital transformation, AI, energy strategies, decarbonization, GX, smart mobility, population decline/increase, PPP/PFI, regional revitalization, etc.
In line with our Group Vision 2030 (Established in 2020), we will transform
from a "Construction Consultant" to a "Social Infrastructure Services Company" and not only be involved in infrastructure projects, but also strengthen our infrastructure business sector and develop digital transformation solutions, thereby further contributing to the sustainable development of society and providing long-term value to our customers and partners.
Infrastructure Business
- We provide infrastructure business consulting with deep insight into the infrastructure market, leveraging the knowledge and experience we have gained through PPP/PFI and concessions, to meet the needs of private companies to participate in and invest in infrastructure projects.
- Toward the utilization and circulation of private funds, we will strengthen our business appraisal and management capabilities, including finance, and provide seamless support from matching PPP to commercialization.
Digital Transformation Solutions
- By utilizing our analytical capabilities for various data related to people, things, and money related to land, cities, and infrastructure, we add high added value to the data and bring to light hidden needs and issues in society.
- In order to provide optimal business solutions, we will develop new partnership-based business models by making maximum use of our business partners' data and systems.
