We will be sponsoring and exhibiting at the 33rd Kineko International Film Festival, an international film festival for children.
Pacific Consultants Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer: Satoko Okano) will be sponsoring and exhibiting at the Kineko International Film Festival, which will be held at Futako Tamagawa Rise Central Plaza from Friday, October 30th to Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026.

■What is the Kineko International Film Festival?
The Kineko International Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as "this film festival") is one of Asia's largest international children's film Dept., and this year marks its 33rd edition, since its first event in 1992 with the cooperation of the children's film section of the Berlin International Film Festival.
During the festival, we plan to screen 59 carefully selected feature films and shorts (45 competition films and 14 special screenings) from a collection of approximately 700 high-quality children's films gathered from around the world. In addition to fun and exciting movies, we will also screen films that evoke a variety of emotions, providing a cinematic experience that offers learning opportunities, such as raising awareness of social issues, for both children and adults. Furthermore, the most distinctive feature of this film festival is its screening method. To allow you to enjoy films from around the world produced in various languages in Japanese, we will offer "Live Cinema," where professional voice actors dub the films live while watching the screen. This will provide an immersive experience, as if you were having a picture book read to you while watching a movie.

■Exhibition Overview
Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026, Sunday, November 1, 2026, 10:00-17:00 each day
Venue: Futako Tamagawa Rise Central Plaza
Theme: Create, Connect, Protect. You are the designer!
We will be holding an interactive workshop for preschool, elementary, and junior high school students, where children can freely design their own "town" based on three themes: roads (cars and railways), the environment, and more. Using stickers, tape, and markers, parents and children, or siblings, can enjoy the experience of town building together.
Through our sponsorship and participation in this film festival, we hope to foster children's creativity and diverse values, and support the development of the people who will lead society into the future. We will continue to value our connections with the local community and contribute to the realization of a more prosperous society through our support of cultural and artistic activities.
