PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer: Osamu OMOTO; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has developed a "comprehensive management platform" that links and visualizes data from multiple systems, with the aim of improving the sophistication and efficiency of maintenance and management operations for social infrastructure, including roads.
This platform will be used as a foundation to centrally manage various types of information, such as inspection, repair, and budget data, and to support the development of strategic maintenance plans and the promotion of comprehensive Executive Manager.

In recent years, while infrastructure has been aging, constraints on personnel and budgets for maintenance and management have become apparent, creating a need for efficient management (comprehensive management) across regions and multiple facilities. However, currently, inspection results, construction information, and budget management are managed in a dispersed manner using individual systems or Excel spreadsheets, making it difficult to prioritize across facilities. Through our company projects such as comprehensive private outsourcing in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture, and the promotion of regional infrastructure group regeneration strategy management (group management), we have strongly recognized the need to grasp various data across different systems and to improve decision-making and prioritization in the operation of comprehensive infrastructure management. This platform will begin being used for proposals to local governments (including private business sectors) from September 2026, and we plan to continuously expand its functionality.
