After joining the company in 1991, I gained experience in a wide range of areas, including landscape architecture, urban development, PPP projects, project management, and internal auditing. Currently, I am responsible for promoting personnel system reform, DE&I (Developmental Exploitation and Inclusion), and KENKO Investment for Health (KIH), working to create an organization where diverse talents can demonstrate their abilities. Leveraging my experience from the field to management, I position DE&I as a management foundation that supports the sustainable growth of the company and am actively promoting it.
