PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer: Osamu OMOTO; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has begun selling card-type 3D NFTs (hereinafter referred to as "3D card NFTs") commemorating the 23rd birthday of Futa, a red panda kept at Chiba City Zoological Park, as part of the "Chiba City Zoological Park NFT Collection," a 3D NFT project of local resources developed in collaboration with Chiba City Zoological Park. The sales period is limited to Monday, August 31st, and there are four different designs available. Furthermore, purchasers will receive the right to purchase a "limited edition 3D NFT" (one per card) which is scheduled to be released around autumn 2026, as a special bonus.

To commemorate Futa's 23rd birthday, four different 3D card NFTs with unique designs will be sold for a limited time on a special website. Purchasers of these cards will receive the right to purchase one "Limited Edition 3D NFT," scheduled for release around autumn 2026, as a bonus for each card purchased. If multiple cards are purchased, the right to purchase will be granted for each card purchased. Please note that these 3D card NFTs are only available for a limited time and will not be available for purchase after the sales period ends.

■ About the 3D and NFTs planned for sale
We plan to release a high-definition 3D NFT of Futa around the fall of 2026. There will be two versions of the 3D NFT: a standard version for general sale and a limited edition available only to those who purchase the 3D card NFT. The limited edition will feature a different pose than the standard version and will have a special serial number*, making it a rare and collectible item. Please note that there are no plans for general sale of the limited edition.

■ About the red panda "Futa"
Born on July 5, 2003, this red panda became a nationwide sensation around 2005 when its adorable habit of standing on its hind legs became a major talking point. At its 23 years old, it is known as one of the longest-lived red pandas in Japan, and it remains a beloved representative of Chiba City Zoological Park, enjoyed by people of all ages.
■Background of this initiative
This initiative is based on an agreement signed between Chiba City and our company in April 2025, which aims to promote the appeal of local resources through digitalization and create new revenue streams. To date, we have been working to provide new experiential value using digital technology through the launch of a special website and the sale of 3D animal NFT. Through this initiative, we aim to create opportunities to pique the interest of people who have never visited Chiba City Zoological Park, and a portion of the NFT sales will be used for the operation and development of the zoo.
