PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer: Osamu OMOTO; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has decided to produce and sell 3D NFT data (hereinafter referred to as "3D NFT") of Futa, a red panda kept at Chiba City Zoological Park, as part of the "Chiba City Zoological Park NFT Collection," a 3D NFT project of local resources developed in collaboration with Chiba City Zoological Park. The data will be produced as high-definition 3D data and is scheduled to go on sale around the fall of 2026. In addition, to commemorate Futa's 23rd birthday, a "card-type 3D NFT (hereinafter referred to as "3D card NFT")" will be sold for a limited time. This product will include the right to purchase a "limited edition 3D NFT" which will be sold at a later date.

■Background of this initiative

This initiative is based on an agreement signed between Chiba City and our company in April 2025, which aims to promote the appeal of local resources through digitalization and create new revenue streams. To date, we have been working to provide new experiential value using digital technology through the launch of a special website and the sale of 3D animal NFTs. Through this initiative, we aim to create opportunities to pique the interest of people who have never visited Chiba City Zoological Park, and a portion of the NFT sales will be used for the operation and development of the zoo.

■ About the red panda "Futa"

Born on July 5, 2003, this red panda became a nationwide sensation around 2005 when its adorable habit of standing on its hind legs became a major talking point. At 23 years old, it is known as one of the longest-lived red pandas in Japan, and it remains a beloved representative of Chiba City Zoological Park, enjoyed by people of all ages.

3D NFT and 3D card NFT images

1. Production and sale of 3D NFTs of the red panda "Futa"
We have created a highly detailed 3D NFT of Futa, which is scheduled to go on sale around autumn 2026.

We plan to offer the following two types:

• Standard Edition: Available for purchase by anyone (general sale)
• Limited Edition: Available only to those who purchase the 3D card NFT (Limited sale)

The limited edition features a different pose from the regular edition and comes with a special serial number*, making it a highly collectible item. Please note that the limited edition will not be available for general sale.
*The contents of the special edition may be subject to change.

2. A limited edition "3D Card NFT" with the right to purchase the limited edition will be sold for a limited time.
To commemorate Futa's 23rd birthday, a "3D Card NFT" will be sold for a limited time on a special website. Purchasers of this card will receive the right to purchase a "Limited Edition 3D NFT" as a bonus. Please note that this 3D card is only available for a limited time and will not be available for purchase after the sales period ends.
