Since 2010, PACIFIC CONSULTANTS has been continuously undertaking various initiatives for over 15 years, updating its efforts in response to changes in the times and organizations, including work style reform, DE&I, new ways of working, and KENKO Investment for Health (KIH). We clearly position these measures related to human resources and work styles as "an essential investment for the future of the company" and continue to actively promote them.
Furthermore, in the Medium-Term Management Plan 2028, formulated in October 2025, "Diverse Talent and Success" is one of the basic policies, and the company states that it aims to "create an organization where people with diverse personalities and characteristics come together, where each individual's dreams and aspirations can be fulfilled and where they can grow, and where the mental and physical health of all employees is maintained and their abilities can be fully utilized."
The Nikkei Woman Empowerment Project, sponsored by Nikkei Inc. and Nikkei BP, aims to promote gender equality and diversity from a management perspective. Through learning and dissemination by participating companies, it seeks to drive corporate transformation and sustainable growth of the Japanese economy.
