About Pacific Award
The Pacific Award is an annual internal rewarding event.

The "Organizational Activity Award" will reward a total of 19 awards, including those for Director General of Business Division, General Manager of Regional Headquarters/Branch Office, as well as a special judges' award. The "Outstanding Achievement Award" will reward awards based on four different perspectives, including project orders, project results, academic journals, and technological development. Furthermore, of the 19 activities selected for the "Organizational Activity Award," the President Award will be presented to the most outstanding activity.
Introduction of the Pacific Award 2025's President Award, Judges' Special Award, and Evaluation Comments
■ President Award
<Private sector development in the engineering business field (complex collaboration)>
<Nationwide CCS marketing and sales activities>
CCS, which captures CO2 generated in industrial activities at power plants, steelworks, and other facilities and stores it underground, is a national project that is expected to attract more than 4 trillion yen in public and private investment by 2033. By converting existing technologies into carbon-neutral projects and strengthening collaboration between the combined technical fields of civil engineering and plants, the company has entered new fields and is highly regarded for its activities and attitude, which aim to achieve sustainable corporate growth by solving social issues and expanding its business areas.
■Judges' Special Award
<Organizational challenge and social contribution triggered by support for restoration work following the Yashio Road collapse>
The road collapse accident that occurred in Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture on January 28, 2025, required not only the restoration of sewer pipes, but also the response to complex and highly technical challenges, including measures to prevent a large-scale collapse caused by damage to a large-diameter pipe and the maintenance of road traffic functions. Furthermore, saving lives was the top priority at the time of the accident, so a rapid response was required. Working across departments, we formulated and implemented restoration measures under a comprehensive review system. We believe that this was an initiative that realized a "Systematic Challenge" and made a significant contribution to society.
In addition, we received many awards for our activities aimed at realizing a sustainable society, as stated in our company statement, such as "Supporting Noto Peninsula Earthquake Reconstruction" and "Challenging the Development of Technology that Opens Up the Future." Headquarters Dept. was also highly praised for its activities that lead to the achievement of our Medium-Term Management Plan 2028, such as the introduction of support services to reduce administrative workloads with the aim of reducing total working hours and improving productivity.
PACIFIC CONSULTANTS will further continue to use Pacific Award to improve employee's engagement, organizational strength, and technical capabilities in order to realize its group vision of "Producing the Future".
