We have set KPIs, including non-financial ones, as target indicators to be achieved based on these three basic policies. By visualizing our targets and monitoring progress, we will steadily achieve our commitments to stakeholders.

We will develop a "solution business" by building new relationships with private customers and co-creation partners, and will actively engage not only in the domestic and public sphere but also in the international and private spheres, placing emphasis on solving customer-driven problems. Reforming the Group's corporate structure
To enhance our business portfolio, we will establishment a holding company to formulate and promote the group's management strategy. We will also establishment an international business company to accelerate the group's international expansion.
With regard to human resources, which are the greatest driving force behind our success, we will focus on creating an environment where diverse talent can grow together and strengthen investment in human capital. We will also aim to improve productivity and create new value through investment in AI and other cutting-edge technologies.
