Received the Excellence Award at the "Aichi Women's Brilliance Company" Excellence Company Award 2025.

The Chubu branch office of PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Address: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President Executive Officer: Osamu OMOTO) has received the Excellence Award at the "Aichi Women's Brilliance Company" Excellence Company Award 2025. Aichi Prefecture is promoting the "Aichi Women's Active Participation Promotion Project" to realize an Aichi where women can continue to work enthusiastically. As part of this project, since 2016, the prefecture has been awarding the Excellence Company Award from a list of companies which "Aichi Women's Brilliance Company",  have been particularly proactive in promoting women's active participation and set an example for others, as an "Aichi Women's Brilliance Company" Excellence Company Award.

■Reason for winning the award

  • DE&I promotion discussion training is conducted for management team and General Manager of Department, and details such as the number and actual situation of women in each branch and group are provided to them, allowing them to understand the current situation in the group under their supervision. This encourages them to proceed with initiatives based on numbers, leading to an increase in the number of female managers.
  • In order to support young female employees in their career design and continued employment, we have established a system called "Ane-Sapo" where they can receive support from veteran female employees. We have established a system whereby matching is made across branch boundaries based on the desired consultation content and the employee's personality, allowing them to receive appropriate advice.
  • We have in place work-life balance support systems that exceed the standards set out in the Act on Child Care and Shorten Working Hours Program , including a reduced working hours program for childcare (available to employees raising children up to the end of the third year of elementary school) and a child care leave system (available to employees raising children up to the end of the third year of junior high school).
  • As part of its efforts, the Chubu branch office holds a Family Day, aiming to create a comfortable working environment by letting employees' families know about the workplace, increasing support at home, and allowing employees to interact with each other through their families.
