Received ZENKEN Award FY2022 (Roads Category)
PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Osamu OMOTO) has received ZENKEN Award FY2022 from Japan Construction Engineers' Association for analyzing detailed structure for Tamagawa Sky Bridge. This is the second occasion for PCKK to be awarded, following Tanaka Prize (Work Award) Japan Society of Civil Engineers Society of Civil Engineers in 2021.

Tamagawa Sky Bridge was constructed as the Haneda Link Road (tentative name)
connecting Kawasaki City's KING SKYFRONT and HANEDA GLOBAL WINGS, and was built over Tamagawa River as infrastructure to strengthen cooperation between the two districts and support the formation of a strategic growth base. Under restrictive conditions such as the preservation of the tidal flats environment and height restrictions imposed by the Airport Act, various ideas were implemented in terms of the environment, scenery, and maintenance, while also reducing costs, and the bridge was recognized for opening Japan's largest composite rigid frame bridge in just eight years from the date of planning.
