Requests to Customers Regarding Preventive Measures against COVID-19 (continued)
As a preventive measure against COVID-19, we will continue to implement the following measures across the company.

1. No Visits without an Appointment
If you plan to visit PCKK, please contact our staff in advance to make an appointment.
For customers who are able to hold online meetings, we ask that you hold ones to prevent infection.
2. Body Temperature Measurement
Customers with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher are kindly requested not to enter PCKK.
In the Tokyo office, we have installed a fixed non-contact thermometer at the reception desk, and in other offices, we use simple non-contact thermometers to measure body temperature.

3. Wear a Facial Mask
Nobody without wearing masks can enter the building. Please kindly wear a facial mask when visiting PCKK.
Additionally, please kindly keep wearing a facial mask indoors, including during meetings.
4. Hand Sanitization
When you visit PCKK, please kindly sanitize your hands with the disinfectant solution provided near the reception desk.
5. Secure Physical Distance
As a measure to prevent infection, the capacity of the conference room will be set lower than usual. Please kindly secure physical distance even in the conference room.
6. Sanitization of Meeting Rooms, etc.
As an infection prevention measure, we disinfect meeting rooms and equipment after use.
