Basic Policy Corporate Group Governance

Under the Companies Act, the company has adopted an Audit & Supervisory Board structure in which Auditor audit the performance of duties by Director/Board Member.
The Company will establish an Internal Control Committee and a Governance Committee to complement the functions of Boards of Directors.
In addition, Boards of Directors, strengthen the decision-making function of Director/Board Member and senior Executive Officer (hereinafter referred to as the management team), and introduce an Executive Officer system with the aim of accelerating management decisions and business execution. The Company will also promote efforts to appropriately divide roles among the management team and further strengthen governance.
