Scope of Registered ISO 55001 Certification

We obtained ISO 55001 (Asset Management System) Certification for our solar power generation and electricity sales business on June 25, 2015, and for our sewerage, bridge, pavement, and erosion control consulting fields on January 21, 2019. Our certification for our solar power generation and electricity sales business will expire on June 16, 2025.

The current scope of registered ISO 55001 certification covers asset management consulting services in the fields of sewerage, bridges, pavement and erosion control.

Asset Management Policy

Based on our management philosophy of "Refine our Qualities as Professional Consultants and Continue to Provide New Value to Society through Advanced Integrated Solution Services," we have established the following asset management policy.

Course of Action

  1. We will build management systems that will gain customer satisfaction and trust, and position the asset management system as one part of these.
  2. We will carry out activities to satisfy customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. We provide asset management services based on building good relationships with society.
  4. We will continually improve the effectiveness of our asset management system.
