Scope of Registered ISO 55001 Certification

In June 25, 2015, our company and our subsidiary PE-TeRaS, Inc., obtained ISO 55001 (Asset Management System) certification for the solar power generation and electricity sales business operated and managed within our Tsukuba Technical Research Center in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. In January 21, 2019, we also obtained ISO 55001 (Asset Management System) certification for our sewerage, bridge, pavement, and erosion control consulting fields.

The scope of ISO 55001 certification covers the operation and maintenance of solar power generation facilities, as well as consulting services for sewerage, bridges, pavement, and erosion control.

Asset Management Policy

Based on our management philosophy of "Refine our Qualities as Professional Consultants and Continue to Provide New Value to Society through Advanced Integrated Solution Services," we have established the following asset management policy.

Course of Action

  1. We will build management systems that will gain customer satisfaction and trust, and position the asset management system as one part of these.
  2. We will carry out activities to satisfy customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. We provide asset management services based on building good relationships with society.
  4. We will continually improve the effectiveness of our asset management system.
