"Pacific Award", an In-House Awards Event Held
PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Address: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Osamu OMOTO) held an in-house awards event, Pacific Award, on Nov. 1, 2023, to widely celebrate the activities and contributions of the entire company and to develop and strengthen activities aimed at higher levels, in line with the group's vision of "Producing the Future."
In the past, PCKK has always given out "Outstanding Achievement Award" to recognize the autonomous activities of the organization. This is the first occasion for PCKK to award the "Pacific Award", which consists of the two awards above.
In the "Organizational Activity Awards," a total of 16 awards were presented, including the President's Award, as well as awards for the heads of each business division, regional headquarters, and branch offices. In the "Outstanding Achievement Award," awards were presented from four different perspectives, including orders, project results, papers, and technical development. By adding the perspective of evaluating not only technical capabilities but also organizational capabilities, such as organizational communication, diversity, work styles, and efforts to improve productivity, we received an extremely large number of applications, and after multiple rounds of selection, the winners were chosen.
This year's "Pacific Award" was held at the C.E. Museum "Legare" (in the Tokyo office) as a hybrid event combining a real venue and online streaming, and was a great success with over 200 participants from all over Japan. The activities will be shared widely within the company on the company portal at a later date.
PACIFIC CONSULTANTS will continue to aim to improve employee engagement, organizational strength, and technical capabilities through Pacific Award.
