We are pleased to endangered species II of a joint research project* between Shimane University, PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD., and Pacific Consultants Environment Research (PCER) Co., Ltd., which successfully developed an innovative biological monitoring method, the "Environmental DNA Method," targeting the large aquatic insect, Kirkaldyia deyrolli, which is designated as endangered (VU) by the Ministry of the Environment, was published online in the international academic journal "Entomological Science" of Entomological Society of Japan on February 24, 2023.
