Since establishment in April 1997, Pacicon Building Co., Ltd. has been established as a company that owns and manages the Group's real estate, and in April 2011, it took over the public-private partnership business through a company split and has been operating the business ever since.
The company name has been changed with the intention of gradually transferring the public-private partnership business (player side) implemented by PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. to PBC and positioning PBC as the company responsible for the infrastructure business, including the public-private partnership business, of PACIFIC CONSULTANTS GROUP.
