Notification of the Formulation of the "Fifth Action Plan based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation"
PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. is pleased to announce that it has formulated a new action plan for the fifth period (October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2025) based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, as the fourth period of the general employer action plan ended on September 30, 2021.
To achieve Medium-term Management Plan 2024, we will continue to work to create a workplace where employees can continue to work while further demonstrating their individuality and capabilities by improving the working environment in terms of systems, encouraging paternity childcare leave, reducing total working hours, and more.
