General Employer Action Plan (Phase II) Based on "Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life"
PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. is pleased to announce that it has formulated a new action plan for the second phase of the General Employer Action Plan based on the Law for the "Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life".
Because the active participation of women is essential to the growth of our company, in order to achieve the 2030 goal advocated by Japan Business Federation (KEIDANREN), we have set challenging targets such as "a 20% or higher ratio of Female Director and Executive Officer" by September 30, 2024, three years from now, as well as "100% Paternity Childcare Leave, with the average number of days taken being 30 or more."
In order to enable diverse human resources, including women, to thrive, we believe it is important that management and on-site managers take the lead in creating an environment and culture that encourages diversity within the organization, and we will work to achieve this.
