Handling of Personal Information in Recruitment
When applying for our new graduate/mid-career recruitment, internship, or hiring people with disabilities, you will be requested to submit a resume, application form, etc. In addition, when filling out an inquiry form regarding mid-career recruitment, you will be requested to provide your name and E-mail address to the contact point.
When submitting your application documents or sending an inquiry form, please understand and agree to the following contents before providing your personal information.

1. What is Personal Information?
Personal information is information about an individual that can identify an individual, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, fax number, E-mail address, or image.
(Resumes, work experience, application form, application sheet, transcript, expected graduation certificate, graduation certificate, health certificate, copy of disability certificate, etc.)

3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Personal information of applicants who apply for employment at PCKK will be used for the purposes to identify candidates to select employments, for the employment selection process, contacting and inquiring about applicants, and sending employment-related documents, and will not be used for any other purposes.
4. Handling of Personal Information
After the recruitment screening process, the application documents of successful applicants who have been hired and joined PCKK will be stored and managed by PCKK. Application documents of unsuccessful applicants, those who withdraw from the screening process, or those who decline to join PCKK after being hired will be disposed of safely in accordance with PCKK regulations (personal information will not be returned under any circumstances).
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Except when required by law, we will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the applicant's consent.
6. Outsourcing of Handling Personal Information
We may outsource part of our employment test marking operations. When outsourcing, we will enter into a contract with the outsourcing company to obligate them to protect personal information, and will provide necessary and appropriate supervision over the management of the outsourced personal information.
7. Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, Suspension of Use, Erasure, Notification of Purpose of Use, and Suspension of Provision to Third Parties of Personal Information
If we receive a request for disclosure of personal information, to correct, add, delete, stop using, erase, notify the purpose of use, or stop providing to a third party, we will respond promptly in accordance with PCKK's regulations. 8. Voluntary Provision of Personal Information
It is optional for you to provide personal information to PCKK. Please note that if you are unable to provide personal information, we may decline to accept you as we will not be able to determine whether or not you can be hired.
