Handling of Personal Information in Recruitment

When applying for our new graduate/mid-career recruitment, internship, or hiring people with disabilities, you will be requested to submit a resume, application form, etc. In addition, when filling out an inquiry form regarding mid-career recruitment, you will be requested to provide your name and E-mail address to the contact point.

When submitting your application documents or sending an inquiry form, please understand and agree to the following contents before providing your personal information.

3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

After the recruitment screening process, the application documents and data of successful applicants will be stored, managed, and used by our company. personal information of applicants who are not selected, who decline during the screening process, or who decline to join the company after being hired will be handled in accordance with our company regulations and will be discarded after a certain period of time has passed (personal information will not be returned under any circumstances).

6. Outsourcing of Handling Personal Information

We may outsource part of our employment test marking operations. When outsourcing, we will enter into an agreement with the outsourcing company to obligate them to protect personal information, and will provide necessary and appropriate supervision over the management of the entrusted personal information.

7. Disclosure, Correction, Addition, Deletion, Suspension of Use, Erasure, Notification of Purpose of Use, and Suspension of Provision to Third Parties of Personal Information
