PACIFIC CONSULTANTS CO., LTD. (Address: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President Executive Officer: Osamu OMOTO) participates in the "Research Organization for Civil Consultants LCDM Study Group". *1 The "O-Komarigoto Kaiketsu (Problem Solving) Platform (OPF)" was established with the aim of utilizing the know-how as a construction consultant for solving local issues and community development. *2 and it will be utilizing to launch an experimental study in Kama City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
The "O-Komarigoto Kaiketsu (Problem Solving) Platform (OPF)" is a platform built to centrally consolidate and manage cases received at local government offices to improve services to residents, increase staff work efficiency, and reform work styles.
By visualizing the process of responding to problems, it is expected to facilitate and speed up the sharing and handover of information among staff and departments, prevent oversights and delays, and promote cooperation within the agency. The information collected and accumulated (problems and the results of responses) will be utilized to optimize infrastructure maintenance and renewal, urban development, and disaster prevention activities, among others.
Through experimental study with Kama City, the LCDM Study Group will further improve the functionality of the "O-Komarigoto Kaiketsu (Problem Solving) Platform (OPF)" to address local issues and expand the platform to other municipalities nationwide.
